What's included?

Your unique event may have additional items, but there will always be:

  • Assorted rugs, pillows, and blankets for your comfort

  • Low picnic table, perfect for sitting with pillows

  • Mini silk flower arrangement and/or foliage garland

  • Custom felt letter signboard

  • Elegant table setting for each guest, including:

    • metal flatware; ceramic or glass plates

    • wine/champagne glasses with coasters

    • chargers, placemats, and cloth napkins

  • Waste basket & hand sanitizer

  • One bottle of still water per guest

What about food?

Unless otherwise noted, your picnic experience does not include food.

  • All food + beverages provided by PT Picnics will come pre-packaged; a wastebasket will be provided.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes! Unless otherwise noted, you are always welcome to pack along your own refreshments.* You may find it useful to add-on a bar cart to provide an extra surface for containers and serviceware.

*Some of our private venues may not permit outside food and drink. In those cases, we will build refreshments into your package.

Can you set up at my house?

Probably! We need a clear path for access and flat ground for set up. Please send us a message with the address or GPS coordinates along with some pictures and we’ll start the process!

What about kids parties?

We are tickled pink to offer party packages that work great for celebrating little ones! We think the Glitzy Glam and Happy Camper are two of our most fun themes for littles. We have all kinds of props + are also able to create custom themes. Reach out + let's make some magic!

What about weather?

Inclement weather can be seamlessly accommodated for up to four guests with our waterproof tent with 360-views we call "The Bubble" (see below)

  • You will also have the option of rescheduling one time, on an available date, within 3 months of your original scheduled date.

  • From October through February, all events must be booked indoors or with an indoor contingency plan.

  • The 50% deposit due to confirm your booking and secure your date is non-refundable.

What if we finish early?

Please text the number provided to you with at least 15 minutes' notice. We kindly ask that you do not leave your picnic unattended.

What if we need more time?

Additional time is always available for purchase during the booking process, and we kindly ask that you make every effort to account for additional hours at that time.

Can I bring my pup?

Probably! Let us know you're interested in partying with your pup + we'll help connect you with the appropriate venues. We have an in-ground stake + water dish add-on you may be interested in, too! We do kindly ask that you help us keep our items in good shape.

What about cancellations?

We do not offer refunds but, with enough notice, we will reschedule your picnic or issue a credit.

  • For parties of 2, 3, or 4 guests: no refunds

    • >72 hours notice: full credit 

    • 72 hours-12 hours, we charge a 50% cancellation fee

    • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will not be issued a credit

  • For parties of 5-24 guests: no refunds

    • Changes and cancellations made 1 week or more in advance will be issued a full credit

    • 7 days-2 days in advance, we charge a 50% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours will not be issued a credit.

  • For parties of 25+ guests: no refunds

    • Changes and cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance will be issued a full credit

    • Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of the picnic will not be issued a credit.

The Bubble is a complimentary add-on from October-April, or when the weather forecast is unexpectedly sour. You're welcome to reschedule at no additional charge, but why would you?

The Bubble insulates up to 20 degrees Fahrenheit and is completely waterproof. We weather-proof our picnic set up so you will not get wet from below either. Give it a try! The cozy ambiance of dining in the middle of a drizzle is special indeed!
