Cancellation Policy

We don't offer refunds but, with enough notice, we will reschedule your picnic or issue a credit. For parties of 2, 3, or 4 guests: no refunds. - More than 72 hours notice: full credit - 72 hours-12 hours, we charge a 50% cancellation fee - Same-day cancellations and no-shows will not be issued a credit For parties of 5-24 guests: no refunds - ​Changes and cancellations made 1 week or more in advance will be issued a full credit - 7 days-2 days in advance, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. - Cancellations within 48 hours will not be issued a credit. For parties of 25+ guests: no refunds - Changes and cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance will be issued a full credit - Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of the picnic/party will not be issued a credit.
